Paid account still doesn’t allow device sync

Hi Evernote team,

I have been using Evernote since 2013. Day before yesterday I paid annual fee of Rs 2999/- for Personal package offering with unlimited device sync. But evernote on my mobile and iPad are still throwing error and asking to upgrade. I signed out and relogged in multiple times. Waited for more than 24hrs but no luck. 
Can you please help?

Hi.  Can you check with your bank to make sure the payment has gone through?  If it has,  you'll need to contact Support through  https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?guest=true - use the issue type "Account".  (If you paid Apple - please check with them first.)

Yes i checked, Rs 2999/- amount is paid to Evernote GMBH Zurich CH by HSBC credit card on 20th Oct and processed on 21st Oct. see attached transaction detail. I am really disappointed with this service. Can you rectify this asap?

Yes i checked, Rs 2999/- amount is paid to Evernote GMBH Zurich CH by HSBC credit card on 20th Oct and processed on 21st Oct. see attached transaction detail. I am really disappointed with this service. Can you rectify this asap?

I raise a ticket on support

but no response. It has been more that two weeks since I raised a ticket and been more than a month I paid 2999/- to Evernote for premium service which I have not been provided yet. 
i have left with no choice but to go and file a dispute.
I have been with evernote since 2013 and sad to see this sort of response after a long association.
