Sergey_Gorshkov 1
Link to comment

I have 2 EverNote accounts, one paid and one free. Is it possible to change the versions - make the paid version free, and transfer the payment to another account (free account). Thank you Hi. It would probably be best for you to contact Support (from the paid account) to see whether they can do that internally. (They are busy so it may take some time.) If you simply wish to be able to use the notes from the free account in your paid account, you could share the notebook(s) between the two, or export all the notes from the free account to ENEX files, notebook by notebook. Then import those files into the paid account. You would not be able to do the same from Paid to Free - the account limits are too low. Link to comment

Level 5 PinkElephant 8,838 Posted October 19, 2023 Level 5 Share Posted October 19, 2023 If you want to switch accounts, one from Paid to Free and the other from Free to Paid, all you can do yourself is canceling your subscription for the paid account. It will then run for the remaining duration of the subscription, and will fall back to Free at the end. You will get some email probably, and maybe a discounted offer to continue the subscription. You can at the same time, or better at any time pick up the Free account and use it to subscribe. Both actions are independent from each other. You can do all this yourself, without help from Support. If you want to do this outside of the regular subscription cycle, you indeed need support. Link to comment
