Create a new Tag On Mobile

As a user of Evernote on mobile (iOS), I need the ability to create a new tag and apply it to the note.  Currently, I can select from existing tags, but I am unable to create a new tag.

Acceptance Criteria

- A user can create new tag(s) on mobile

- A user can apply existing and new tags to a note created on mobile.

You can always create new tags for your own content - not for anything shared to you.

You can do it in every note by tapping on the Tag+ icon top right, or by using the Tags page from the left side panel. This is from the „Add a Tag“ button:

Fair point, and I wasn't aware of this capability.  I rarely use Evernote on mobile short of "Send To" via iOS on my phone and I was looking in the area where we add tags.

You then need to tap on the „Tags“ section header itself. A panel for tag management will open, replacing the notes listing. Top right is the button for new tags:
