What to do about multiple application accesses?

See attached.  I looked at my application access list today for the first time in a while.  I revoked access for devices I no longer own (and which were carefully wiped).

I see that I have many dozen instances of access for Chrome (small snip attached) and  a bunch for my iPhone. The iPhone list (snip attached) has one entry with a date.

Why so many instances and should be just revoke them all and start again?

I don’t think they do any harm (my lists are looking similar), so I never touch them.
