My account was hacked on September 20th. The secret phrase of the crypto wallet was stolen. The money was stolen. I have been trying to contact support for more than 7 days. No one answers. Can you tell me the e-mail of the support service or other ways to complain?

There is no email address. There is a ticketing system reached through this link:

If there already is a ticket, you can go to the help pages, log in and view the ticket page. You see the ticket status and can reopen it if it was closed.

What do you expect ? You either had a weak, reused password, or had your login data stolen from you. You likely didn’t have 2FA enabled, because this would have protected your account even if the password got known somehow. And you stored information in a cloud storage that should never be stored there.

The secret is stolen, and you say the coins are gone. Support can’t do a thing about it.

But sure, you can contact them if you like.

Yes. I left a request for support 2 times. Support is not responding.

They responded twice to give you your ticket references!  Please don't send any more new requests - a human will get back to you as quickly as possible;  more requests just gives them more admin to do.  You can see and reply to comments here - the direct connection should speed things up.
