How can i delete notes in my Trash in?

I have removed a lot of files. Normally I can remove the files in the Trash via the Control Console. Now I see that my Trash is empty, despite the fact that I have removed 8,000 or more documents. Where can I find this? Can you help me urgently? Because we urgently need the possibility to load again. Thank you.
