Error when clipping .pdf [Microsoft 365 Word printing process]

Unable to clip a .pdf created in Microsoft 365 online using print process that converts a .docx file to .pdf prior to printing.

Hi.  Download file to your desktop and drag/ drop into your note?  Looks like Clipper - which looks like a third party to Microsoft - can't get past protections on your account.
