Multiple device issue on ipad

I only use iPad and iPhone on free Evernote… but it keeps thinking I’m using another iPad and sends me to multiple device upswell and then select device to remove… even though I’m using the same iPad. It’s been doing it since I upgraded my iPad

Hi.  Don't know of anything specific - Evernote needs to have some way to restrict use of free level of the app,  but they do seem to get a lot of false positives.  As it is a free app I doubt there will be much urgnency behind a fix - you could feed it back in the Settings > support link from Evernote.

People often forget that a simple logout can refresh things. Closing the app is no logout.

Open the app, tap on your account avatar, log out. Close the app, restart the iPad.

Open the app, log in.

If this was not sufficient, repeat, but this time make a forced restart of the iPad.
