Bill Vannerson 1
I sent the notebook share to my wife who has a basic account on her iPhone. The email link opens an evernote.com web page "Opening in Evernote" with two buttons; "Continue with desktop app" or "continue in browser." The desktop option just flashes screen with no change and the nothing changes in her open Evernote app. The browser link opens the event app store page with the button set to "Open," as she already has the app installed. Clicking "Open" opens the app but no shared folder. I can send a sharable link for a single file and that appears in her app under "Shared with me." I have removed sharing and resent it with no change. Is there a Safari setting that's blocking the transfer to the app? Thanks Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,174 Posted September 8, 2023 Level 5 Share Posted September 8, 2023 On which client does she want to open the share ? The web client counts as another device. If she hasn’t got it before as one of her 2 devices, this maybe drove her beyond the device limit. Then access to the web client is probably blocked Use a regular working client, and check if the shared notebook appears in the „Shared with me“ section of the left panel. Link to comment
Bill Vannerson 1
Only one device. She has never logged into the web client as the link directs to the App Store page. Shared with me only has the single note I shared vis the shared note link I emailed her. The folder does not appear. Willie Link to comment
