Only one device. She has never logged into the web client as the link directs to the App Store page. Shared with me only has the single note I shared vis the shared note link I emailed her. The folder does not appear. Willie

I sent the notebook share to my wife who has a basic account on her iPhone. The email link opens an evernote.com web page "Opening in Evernote" with two buttons; "Continue with desktop app" or "continue in browser." The desktop option just flashes screen with no change and the nothing changes in her open Evernote app. The browser link opens the event app store page with the button set to "Open," as she already has the app installed. Clicking "Open" opens the app but no shared folder. I can send a sharable link for a single file and that appears in her app under "Shared with me." I have removed sharing and resent it with no change. Is there a Safari setting that's blocking the transfer to the app? Thanks

Not a spelling issue. It’s empty when no search filter is entered. And empty no matter what is entered, including valid spelling folder names. So different than the original post. Thanks

I have this problem too on my Mac. No matter what you enter in the search fields no folders are ever listed in the dialog box. Drag and drop still works. And the function works on the web version.
