I asked here for help on the fifth.

Hackers took over my giobon account and have taken over evernote and dropbox and bank accounts, every password.

I have paid you for 12 years from Back of America in my name, and yet you have not helped me. 

Today I  insist you FREEZE the giobon account for a week, so the hackers cannot get in. After the week place all my giobon evernotes into this account.
