My college email doesn't work for the student discount...

"Any idea why ...." is a regular question posted at students, and one of the key learnings as a student is learn to research and answer them.

Use this approach to solve your problem: I want to use an application. It offers a student discount. It won't accept my college email. The application has a website, with a help& data center.

Oh, web search is my friend: Open the help center, type "education". WOW:

No, my email is not listed. So no discount, or I contact support to see how my college’s domain can get a listing.
