alle Dokumente werden automatisch im Papierkorb verschoben

Hallo,

neuerdings habe ich das Problem, dass meine Dokumente, die immer in meinen scann Ordner automatisch eingepflegt werden, jetzt neuerdings im Papierkorb landen.

 

Kennt jemand das Problem?

I don't know why that would be happening - have you checked your scan settings?  Where are scans sent to,  and what versions of OS and Evernote do you have on your device?

 Danke für die Information. Ich benutze jetzt schon seit ca. fünf Jahren täglich Evernote. Eigentlich kenne ich mich relativ gut damit aus. Scanner habe ich den i500. 

Habe geht alles direkt vom Scanner zum Hauptrechner (Windows) ohne Evernote auf unseren angelegten Scan Ordner.

Einen Importordner von Evernote habe ich nicht. Falls die Frage kommt.  Ich hatte damals etwa 300 Dokumente im Papierkorb von Evernote. Alle selbst gelöscht.  Jetzt waren es knapp über 3000. 

Ich habe auch ein Video gemacht, damit man sehen kann, was ich meine.

How exactly are you scanning ? 

The ix500 needs a computer in between, with a scanner software. Home or Manager ? Which Profile is used ? Scan to EN ? Scan to folder ?

When using Import Folder: To which notebook is it connected ?

Do you mean the Trash of the OS, or the Trash inside of EN ?
