cseng214 3
I use Evernote on my laptop in multiple physical locations, each of which has its own external monitor setup. When I move between these locations, the Evernote window reliably appears off-screen with no portion visible on the desktop. I am forced to use ALT + Space > M (Move) to move the window back to where it's visible again. Looking back at the forum history for others with this issue, it seems like this has been a problem for years. I am just bringing this to attention, since it is a detriment to the user experience, and since, as a free user, this appears to be the only way to submit an issue report? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,074 Posted June 2, 2023 Level 5* Share Posted June 2, 2023 Hi. You're correct in all cases except that this isn't a particular issue or a problem. Several options exist to move windows around - the easiest being the Win key plus an arrow key. You can feed this issue back to Evernote directly in most versions by using the in-app link, and if Evernote receive enough feedback to realise that this issue affects a significant number of their 200M+ users they might do something about it. Alternatively you could post this suggestion in the Feature Request forums to see how many other users might vote it up. Link to comment

This workaround may work for some, but it reliably does NOT work when the issue occurs on my machine. Thanks for the suggestions for how to route the issue to Evernote Support. It's good to know what the options are for bug reporting. Since this is an issue (albeit an issue with a feasible workaround). 1 Link to comment
Dave Green 261
On the Mac (so it may not apply to Windows), I find that hiding Evernote (⌘+H) and then reselecting it will often move windows back to being on screen (and adjustable). 1 Link to comment
