  1. Pursuant to law where I live, I must be able to obtain a copy of all of the user data Evernote has for my user. Because I am a free user, I cannot contact support directly to submit this request. How else can I initiate this request?
  2. This workaround may work for some, but it reliably does NOT work when the issue occurs on my machine. Thanks for the suggestions for how to route the issue to Evernote Support. It's good to know what the options are for bug reporting. Since this is an issue (albeit an issue with a feasible workaround).
  3. I use Evernote on my laptop in multiple physical locations, each of which has its own external monitor setup. When I move between these locations, the Evernote window reliably appears off-screen with no portion visible on the desktop. I am forced to use ALT + Space > M (Move) to move the window back to where it's visible again. Looking back at the forum history for others with this issue, it seems like this has been a problem for years. I am just bringing this to attention, since it is a detriment to the user experience, and since, as a free user, this appears to be the only way to submit an issue report?
