Taxing existing tags to new notes on iPhone app

I find that I have to tap on an existing tag from the pick list many times (sometimes more than 15 times) before a new note will accept that tag.

I don’t have this problem on my Mac, it’s an iPhone issue only.

Does anybody have a similar problem with adding tags to notes?

That’s an easy one: You tap ON the tag to add it. Sounds as the logical thing to do, but doesn’t work.

Tap BEHIND it, and it adds right away.

Don’t ask my why …
