Iphone 14 pro, app doesnt work

Good day

I have switched phone to iphone 14 pro and Evernote app doesn't work. It loads in as usual but freezes after I log in with user name and password. Is there any workarounds how to make it work? Tried re-installing but no success.

When you switched, how did you do it ?

And on which type of plan are you, Free or subscription ?

I have 'evernote personal' subscription where I pay monthly. 
switching phones I used iphone backup on old phone and then backed up the new phone.

You tried to uninstall the transferred app yet.

After uninstalling (dump all data when asked) do a forced restart of the iPhone.

Then try to install fresh from the AppStore.

I just upgraded to the 14 pro max and had to do this process. What I can add is when you delete do a soft reset instead of just turning it off. (volume up, volume down, press and hold lock button until it goes off and you see the Apple logo). This will clear any linger cache items. Then when it turns back on do a reinstall from the app store.

Exactly - that’s what’s called a forced restart, as described in the Apple Support article I have linked. It will erase all rest of data from the devices memory. 

If an app crashed, it may be that this leftover data kills the next install as well.

It’s still not loading after these instructions. It’s hopeless. I have no idea what else to do get this app opened at all. It just won’t open. It’s stuck on login for me.

For mine I’m on the free app. Maybe that might be a difference. 🤷🏽‍♀️
