ChatGPT banned in Italy

Just read that Italy banned Chat GPT. Will this also mean that the tool can’t find its way into Evernote?

At the bottom of the article: OpenAI said it looked forward to making ChatGPT available in Italy again "soon".

Though it would be interesting to know if Bending Spoons was developing something with it in mind and now has to pause while legal and other concerns get worked out.

Bending Spoons are AI specialists,  so I don't think they'll necessarily be dependent on ChatGPT - and as I understand it,  the issue with that was something to do with Europe's data protection laws and OpenAI were working to fix it.
