the U in URL has chromatic abberation

Hi.  We're not Support - mostly other users here.  And they'll probably want more than a tiny screenshot to explain exactly what you think the issue is,  and what device / OS (W10?11?) / EN version you're currently using.

This is most likely a display problem on your monitor.

Any picture is comprised of colored pixels. Any pixel has a finite dimension, and where a pixel for (say) green is located, there can't be a pixel for (say) red. This means that the grid of pixels always has a slight offset between the colors.

To create mixed colors like black or white, the light emitting pixels or the masks covering the light shining through (this depends on the display technology, most common are LCD and OLED) must take effect on several colors at once. In fine details like characters, you may notice the offset created by the grid.

No issue, no fix, and for sure not from a application software.

It may be that you are operating your screen at a resolution for which it is not optimized. This can enhance the effect of the color point grid being slightly offset between colors. You can try to switch between different resolutions in graphic settings until you hit the sweet spot of the monitor.
