Gerry Murray 0
When printing from Evernote: for notes that are longer than 1 page Evernote often slices a sentence in half horizontally between pages. Does anyone know how to avoid this happening? I thought printing it from the Mac Preview would get rid of this problem but it didn't. See attached, which shows the page break and what it does to the sentence. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,073 Posted March 4, 2023 Level 5* Share Posted March 4, 2023 Hi. Copy and paste from the note to your word processor of choice and use that WP controls to add and edit page breaks. Evrnote's note editor is very basic and lacks this sort of close control. WP files however can be attached to notes to provide a more controlled output. Link to comment
annei 0
Really?! Evernote used to do this itself! Once off is just about OK. But if we have to keep going back to a WP every time we add something to a note, it is a nightmare. When it was done before, in older versions, why is it not possible now? Link to comment

It has never been possible to set page breaks in Evernote. Link to comment
tired and disappointed 669
Evernotes biggest weakness is that you can only share note content with other Evernote users. When printing, exporting, mailing or publishing notes some of the content disappears or gets damaged (like in this case the text is cut) 😢 Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,832 Posted May 19, 2023 Level 5 Share Posted May 19, 2023 To publish from EN blogging style try postach.io . Every Note dropped into a defined notebook will automatically become a blog post. Link to comment

Not quite - it's possible to have a 'blog' notebook and create notes/ drafts there - only when tagged "published" will they be synced to the public blog. Notes don't show internally as 'shared' but are available publically via a <blog name>.postach.io address. It's also possible to redirect from another URL. There's only one level of security - a blog can require a password for access. Postach.io has a 'free' level with limited features. Link to comment
