Always crash after upgrade account on iTunes.

Hi, I've upgraded my account from Mac store, maybe A.K.A. iTunes.

My Mac App worked fine, but iOS App always crash after app opening for three seconds.

Hi.  Usual fix - make sure notes are synced from the iOS app;  uninstall / restart / reinstall.

I've done as you suggested. It still crashed.

Maybe the problem is I upgraded from personal account to professional account by Mac subscription. Evernote seems not recognizing the plan I use.

By the way, the green button cannot tap. Is this right?

Hmmn.  Sorry for that - I don't think the account type affects whether or not it will run on your phone.  If you're a subscriber I'd suggest you contact Support on the Mac;  I'm not an Apple user,  but a colleague or two should be along in a little while and may have some better ideas...

This is unusual.

No idea about it, if you already made a correct uninstall, including a restart.

You can add a forced restart to the procedure, just in case.

Else contact support.

I found a way to login by raw account, not binding with google or apple accidentally.

Or Because I contacted by AppStore. I'm not sure.

After I logined, it renewed database. Then Problem resolved.
