As Evernote does not allow the Grammarly app access to correct text, using Word first and then pasting back into Evernote has been the only way to get text assistance. However, Evernote does not allow the pasting of inline images from Word, which creates much extra work to add them one by one within the text. I am unsure why this is the case, as it doesn't make sense; if people use too much space, they have to level up their subscriptions.
Are there plans to allow Grammarly access or inline copy and paste text and images from Word?
