It is a bummer that the discount cannot be ongoing as long as students are still enrolled. I was going to sign up for it and came here to double check as the sign-up page said it will charge the full price next year, but I am going to still be a student for the following two years and can't afford the full price. It is a very generous discount, but I don't understand the motive behind offering it for just the first year.

Thanks Jon, I am using Mac. I have the app version which I find better than the web. I am still on the fence with Evernote only for that reason, or I would subscribe in a heartbeat. I will stop by Grammarly and see what their take is on it.

I have since read that the issue is with Grammarly not supporting the code base type that Evernote is written on, so it is something we need to hassle Grammarly about.

As Evernote does not allow the Grammarly app access to correct text, using Word first and then pasting back into Evernote has been the only way to get text assistance. However, Evernote does not allow the pasting of inline images from Word, which creates much extra work to add them one by one within the text. I am unsure why this is the case, as it doesn't make sense; if people use too much space, they have to level up their subscriptions. Are there plans to allow Grammarly access or inline copy and paste text and images from Word?
