Please allow Grammarly access to Evernote

rosna

Idea

As Evernote does not allow the Grammarly app access to correct text, using Word first and then pasting back into Evernote has been the only way to get text assistance. However, Evernote does not allow the pasting of inline images from Word, which creates much extra work to add them one by one within the text. I am unsure why this is the case, as it doesn't make sense; if people use too much space, they have to level up their subscriptions.

Are there plans to allow Grammarly access or inline copy and paste text and images from Word?

It works on the Windows desktop app OK.

You need the Grammarly desktop app installed as well.

Both Evernote windows and Mac work off the same code so might we worth asking Grammarly support.

Thanks Jon, I am using Mac. I have the app version which I find better than the web. I am still on the fence with Evernote only for that reason, or I would subscribe in a heartbeat. I will stop by Grammarly and see what their take is on it.

Make sure you're on the latest versions of both apps as Grammarly working with windows is fairly recentish.
