"scan too big"

I just got a new phone, iphone 14 pro. All the sudden im getting an error that my files are too big to save to evernote despite it just being a page or two, and I have plenty of space in evernote. Is anyone else running into this issue? Do i need to change my camera settings or something? I've tried trouble shooting and havent figured it out.

Please tell us the subscription plan you are on.  Also, have a look at the image size and let us know that.

What really blows the image beyond limits may be if the 48MP mode is enabled. This is 4 times the number of pixels of the standard iPhone camera.

if it is this, it should show in file size.

Oops--I should have clarified that its through scannable. It will let me save the scans to my phone but when I try to send it to Evernote it says "scan too big". My account is a corporate account.

Hi, 

There is no form of account called a 'corporate account' just Free, Personal, Professional and Teams. The information is shown with your identity at the top of the sidebar on desktop and web or the menu bar on mobile.

Still the size of the images is relevant too.

@agsteele professional  And I actually figured it out! For some reason it didn't have my default notebook set, it didnt have any notebook selected at all. Thank you for replying!
