Two-factor authentication setup not working

Hi

When I enter my phone number to set up 2FA I continually get the error "Internal error, please try again".

I read in another post it could be related to the SMS provider.

Any update regarding this?

There was as far as I remember nothing reported in the forum about it.

Hi, I'm having the same problem. 

"Internal error" when trying to add my phone number. 

I clicket the wrong button a few times forst "Cancel configuratin" (becaus the site jumps on mobile phone when text ppad opens), and nowI get the error every time.

I have the same problem. "Internal error" when trying to add my phone number. I waited a few days to see if it would get fixed but to no avail. I used to have 2-factor for Evernote with no issues, but had to remove it temporarily to add a new phone and now can't turn it back on. When will we get a resolution for this??

After opening a private browser window and also clearing Evernote items from the browser cache (MacOS 13.1/Safari) I was able to setup 2FA. Not sure if it was due to the browser cache or something just happened to change on the server side.  Good luck.

I have the same problem. They want to force me to upgrade before I can get email support. Really? Why does no one from Evernote give a propriate answer?
