danbabelnick 1
Hi When I enter my phone number to set up 2FA I continually get the error "Internal error, please try again". I read in another post it could be related to the SMS provider. Any update regarding this? Thank you. 1 Link to comment
0 Level 5 PinkElephant 4,891 Posted December 29, 2022 Level 5 Share Posted December 29, 2022 There was as far as I remember nothing reported in the forum about it. Here is the help article about setting up 2 FA. The last position in the FAQ list contains a link to support.: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/208314238 Link to comment

0 EPDL 0
I have the same problem. "Internal error" when trying to add my phone number. I waited a few days to see if it would get fixed but to no avail. I used to have 2-factor for Evernote with no issues, but had to remove it temporarily to add a new phone and now can't turn it back on. When will we get a resolution for this?? Link to comment
0 DBBC83 0
After opening a private browser window and also clearing Evernote items from the browser cache (MacOS 13.1/Safari) I was able to setup 2FA. Not sure if it was due to the browser cache or something just happened to change on the server side. Good luck. Link to comment
