AndyBannister 0
Hello, Evernote has recently started only using half its window; leaving a huge gray area on the right hand side. (See the attached screenshot). Try as I might, I can't find any way of persuading Evernote to use all the window space available. Any ideas or suggestions gratefully received. Many thanks! Evernote Expert Solution agsteele 3,059 Posted December 24, 2022 Evernote Expert Solution Share Posted December 24, 2022 My guess, you have the MacOS Ventura and you are using the Legacy version of Evernote. Legacy is doomed to eventually dying. The Ventura OS update has broken Legacy. It will not be fixed. You have the option to upgrade Evernote to v10 or suffer the wider gap. 1 Link to comment
AndyBannister 0
Hi, thanks for that! I didn't realise there was an Evernote 10, I'd just been following the automatic updates from my legacy version and don't recall seeing the offer of v10. I've just downloaded v10 and the problem is solved. Thanks so much for your help. Happy Christmas! Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,777 Posted December 25, 2022 Level 5 Share Posted December 25, 2022 Legacy is a client without the update routines. Otherwise it would try to go to v10 every time you open it. This can lead to a certain lack of awareness. Link to comment

There will be some learning with the new version. Things often work differently. If you get stuck then come back and have a search for the answer you need to get v10 doing what you need.
