Skitch direct download

Due to some constraints i can't download from the apple app store. I see the Evernote app is available as a direct download. Can i get skitch on the same way?

Only for Windows. There is no direct download for Mac, and on iOS you can’t sideload any app.

This appears to a direct link to the latest Skitch that's not in the Mac App Store, but it might not be as up to date as the Mac App Store version:
