Disable the option „Keep data on this computer when leaving“ in the app settings. Then log out, quit the app, restart the Mac. When it is running again, open EN and log in. It will download an initial set of data. Now leave it open (in the background), but let it run. It will consecutively download all data, including attachments. Try if tasks are now loading.
