How to contact support / create a ticket

I need to contact support to request a refund. I keep getting sent round in circles being asked to log in to support and learning; and never being able to start a support request. There seems to be a bug in the forwarding on website. I have tried in safari and chrome. Please help.

I can't contact anyone! This is what i get after i've logged in and clicked on contact us for supoort.

Hi.  Are you starting your attempts to contact Support at https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new ? 

If you have issues there with logging in,  there should be an option to 'continue as guest'.  Choose Account for your issue type.

There is an issue for a very few users who get stuck in this loop. @Anibal I. is the person to connect with to find a solution.
