How to export all my Evernote notes?

I only have one notebook where all my notes are but I can't export them all at once. Is there any option to do it? Preferably in plain text.

Not in plain text, but you can export to HTML which can then be viewed locally on your computer in any browser.

From Desktop (MacOS or Windows) -

Right click on your notebook from the side bar and select "Export notebook"

Then from the dialog select "Single web page (.html)" or "Multiple web pages (.html)" and click Export.

Or you can export the notebook as an ENEX file. The content is an XML document which is text.
