sync on phone not working

Years ago I used evernote, then stopped for a few years. I now wanted to start using it again and have archived all the old notes on my computer so that I can start more or less with a clean evernote.

However, when I open evernote on my phone, it doesn't sync with the computer or the internet (they are the same). All kinds of old notebooks come up from 2014. In the meantime I've had a few new phones so no idea why it doesn't work . But I don't use evernote this way.

This sounds like you are logging into different accounts on phone and computer.

Do you have a free account? I presume not a Teams account where you have posted the question...

Hi - how did you archive these notes?  Have you moved them out of Evernote?
