Highlight color?

As I have mentioned, I have low vision. When something is highlighted in Evernote, it displays in black on light blue, and it is very difficult for me to see whether something is highlighted or not. Microsoft Word, which highlights by reversing to white on black, is much better in this respect. Is there anything I can do about this in my local installation? thx/p'zero

To ask for it, issue a support ticket and mention it is an accessibility issue for you.
