In the dialogs like Move and Create, most of the action happens at the upper left, but the act-or-cancel buttons are at the bottom right, so the pointer has to move diagonally across the box. How about puting act-or-cancel at the bottom left, so the pointer can move straight down? (Writing books & seconds matter.)

Most people who are worried about saving seconds are masters of the keyboard shortcuts. So to move a note, for example, alt+shift+M, arrow keys to select the notebook and enter 2
