Level 5* gazumped 12,072 Posted March 17, 2022 Level 5* Share Posted March 17, 2022 Hi. Clipper is a browser add-in. What browser do you use, and what Clipper version do you have? Have you restarted your system / removed and re-started the add-in? 1 Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,823 Posted March 18, 2022 Level 5 Share Posted March 18, 2022 After the latest MacOS update I had problems with some Safari extensions. A simple restart of the Mac solved them for me. Link to comment

It'll keep happening on your system until you give us enough information to try and work out why it happens. See my previous post for questions. Level 5 PinkElephant 8,823 Posted March 19, 2022 Level 5 Share Posted March 19, 2022 The Mac is pretty tough on permissions. More so on Safari, where it is pretty much integrated. Less so on Firefox and chrome-based browsers, but they have their own security settings, and are tightening up as well. Hard to advise, since you tell nothing about your MacOS, Webclipper version and the browser on which you have it installed. But it will in most cases be a settings issue. My WebClipper works, generally spoken, with a hiccup every half a year or so, mostly after system or browser updates. I have it installed on Safari and Firefox - some websites won’t open in one browser, or do badly, which often influences the clipper as well. Then I try the other browser. Link to comment
