Applescripts for EN 10.x

Made a few Applescripts for my Evernote in the past.
Unfortunately I have discovered that these practical tools are no longer working with the new EN v10.x.
I have deinstalled the new version and installed the offered Evernote Legacy. And see: all my Applescripts are working again!

When will Evernote fix this issue?

There are 2 possible outcomes, since EN has not commented on this problem:

A ) They just need to restore this capability 

or

B ) It can not be done, due to the new design using an app embedded into a framework 

On searching I have found no other app based on the Electron framework that advertises scripting access. This does not mean it does not exist, but I am leaning to the second explanation since.

For an official statement ask support. 

An alternative for Mac users only is DEVONThink. It allows scripting operations.
