PatrickMartin 0
I initially subscribed to Evernote through my personal iTunes account, and my subscription is billed through that. It has become more central to my business use, so I want to start changing the subscription to my business credit card rather than my iTunes account. How can I update my billing information to NOT be paid by iTunes? Thank you for assistance! Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,063 Posted February 7, 2022 Level 5* Share Posted February 7, 2022 Hi. Talk to iTunes to cancel your payment - when the subscription date comes around your account will revert to Free; you can then 'upgrade' back to your subscription level direct with Evernote. Link to comment
Sylvio 25
You would need to cancel your current subscription (features will remain active until the billing period ends). Once it ends, you'll be reverted to Free. You can then update your billing details/methods. 1 Link to comment
Trent Henson 0
My subscription for Evernote in iTunes is annual and won't expire until November of 2023. How can I upgrade to Professional now? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,063 Posted January 23, 2023 Level 5* Share Posted January 23, 2023 AFAIK you'd have to talk to iTunes to find out what they'd do, or contact Evernote about payment issues to get their advice. Link to comment
