Google Calendar is syncing BUT deselects the calendar I want display

I use Evernote across a Windows and an Apple laptop and I have synced two different Google accounts (personal and work) into Evernote for the Calendar integration. 

Both Google Calendars have synced into Evernote, however, whenever I log back into either devices, my Evernote calendar is always empty. What I noticed is that it keeps deselecting the specific calendar I want shown in Evernote, and when I try to select it again, sometimes I can't 'Update' until I select another calendar or sometimes even de-select another. 

It's quite confusing and I am not sure if there's a syncing problem as I am using across two different operating systems or some other bug going on. 

Does anybody have a clue?
