"Synchronization" for the Desktop PC / Windows App

Hi, I really miss the big "Synchronization" button above the notes since I moved from Version 6 to the latest on Desktop PC (Windows 10). On Android you can pull down in the notes to force upload / synch which is great, but now if I for example upload a picture in a new note, force upload / synch it from android ... it won't show up in the desktop app! I have to force close Evernote on PC, re-open it again and only then it checks for new notes and synchs ... why can't you make a simpler / easier solution to that, so I wouldn't have to end task and re-open it every time

There actually seems to be a degradation in syncing with the Desktop client (macOS at least) where changes made in iOS devices are not caught till restarting desktop application.
