billjohnson 18
I cannot get the keyboard shortcut to move a file to a folder to work (Alt + Shift + M). It also seems any combination of keys that involves Alt+Shift+Anything else does not work. Anyone else have this issue? Some of the other shortcuts work but this one does not. Other Examples: Alt+Ctrl+N for a new note works Alt+Ctrl+H creates a quick note not Evernote helper Alt+T creates a new task I'm on Evernote version 10.26.5 and Windows 10. Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,772 Posted December 10, 2021 Level 5 Share Posted December 10, 2021 Something wrong with your keyboard ? In Windows there are different alt-keys with a slightly different meaning. Tried alternative alt-keys like alt-gr yet ? Link to comment
Evernote Expert agsteele 3,059 Posted December 11, 2021 Evernote Expert Share Posted December 11, 2021 Have you checked that this shortcut is assigned? Try setting it to a different set of keys. It may be that you have another program that has also tried to grab Alt+Shift+M. Link to comment
billjohnson 18
All - I re-installed Evernote and now all the keyboard shortcuts are working well and it the entire program seems a little snappier. It was such a strange occurrence. If it happens again I'll update this thread but for now it's working as it should. 2 Link to comment
