Lost Evernote data

This morning I opened my Evernote app and all my notes (pdf) are gone. My app was updated automatically. I use the free option plan. I have all my passwords and other important information stored in the app. I tried even I know to access the data without any success. I need help. I am desperate! Thank you.

As you're finding,  it may be unwise to use a free app for important information.  At the least,  subscribing will get you access to a help service.  Meanwhile have you tried signing in to Evernote.com in a browser to see whether your notes are available from the server?

Is your account completely empty ?

Then you probably made a simple typo when entering your UserID. This creates a new account instead of opening the existing one.

Further hint: Never store passwords or other access data in EN. It is not build for it, and you can only blame yourself if they get lost, or end up in the wrong hands.
