Durvana 0
I have an Evernote account and my wife has her own separate account. Being free accounts we also each have a second computer (2 lap tops) that we use to create notes as neither of us is such a great typist using the tiny buttons on our cell phones. We then access the notes on a read basis on our cell phones. I thought it would be cool if we could access both accounts using only one app to toggle between the two, but when I tried adding an account to my lap top app, Evernotes lumped all our access together and said we have four access, and therefore have to deactivate two. We don’t have any problems if we each keep our own separate accounts and lap tops. Both these are separate accounts that were created separate from each other. Is there a way around this, or should we just leave well enough alone and keep everything separate? Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,198 Posted November 15, 2021 Level 5 Share Posted November 15, 2021 You can add another account in the app, and toggle between them (app settings, account). An alternative is to set up shared notebooks between you and your wife. They will show in both accounts. Not shared notebooks stay private. Here is the view of the account switcher: Link to comment
