ayang11 0
Hi, I am trying to annotate an image in the evernote app for windows 10. I am on a touch screen dell xps 13 running the absolute latest version of evernote. Whenevver I try to annotate with the trackpad, it works fine. However, when I used the touch screen at all, it draws a small mark, and then I am not able to use any tools in the annotate. When I go to cancel or save the annotated image, the borders flash. I have tried both the web and desktop versions, and neither work with touchscreen. Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,194 Posted November 1, 2021 Level 5 Share Posted November 1, 2021 I am not sure how good touch support is on the desktop versions. The EN apps work for a general class of devices, and they don’t currently watch out for special properties of only a subset of these devices. In general the mobile app works ok with touch, but even then EN does not really make good use of the iPads special properties. About desktop I would ask support. Link to comment
