Hi, I am trying to annotate an image in the evernote app for windows 10. I am on a touch screen dell xps 13 running the absolute latest version of evernote. Whenevver I try to annotate with the trackpad, it works fine. However, when I used the touch screen at all, it draws a small mark, and then I am not able to use any tools in the annotate. When I go to cancel or save the annotated image, the borders flash. I have tried both the web and desktop versions, and neither work with touchscreen.
