Change case?

I am trying to change case in a block of text in Evernote. I have both 6.25 (Legacy) and 10.17.  Jason Frasca says that in the Edit menu in Evernote, there's an option called Transformations that will change case from a droplist, but I can't find that in either of the versions I'm running. What am I doing wrong? TIA/KC

In my legacy on the Mac the option is in the Edit menu, in the second block from the menu bottom.

AFAIK no such option in v10.

As a workaround, export text to a word processor (MS Word, Apple Pages, etc.), convert it there and copy it back.

BTW, the current version on the desktop is already 10.24.
