Problem accessing recorded audio

Hi, I record 30minutsI recorded the audio for 30 minutes and then it was not saved and gave an error that it was too large and stored in the local files system.  How can I access that sound now?

I use the free version of the application on Android

Hi.  Depends on your device,  OS and your level of tech expertise.  Do you have a service provider support option that might help?

There is no mentioning of an emergency saving of an audio file for Android. From the help document this applies to the v10 desktop clients only. On iOS for all files saved from an app there is a folder in the file system named after the app. No idea if it is similar on Android.
