DaWe 0 Posted August 27, 2021 Share Posted August 27, 2021 Hi all, I am experiencing the following issue: A note containing tasks is displayed in the desktop evernote client, but the tasks function fails to get displayed (see example below). Other note content seems to work fine. The desktop client is up to date. I signed off so that the cache gets emptied, then signed on again, but that did not restore the tasks. The android client on my phone can handle the tasks just fine, so they are still there. Did anyone have similar issues and if so, how were they resolved? DaWe 0 Posted August 31, 2021 Author Share Posted August 31, 2021 Hi Scott, the client was on 10.4.4. Thanks to Evernote support, I noticed that the client from the evernote website is on version 10.20.4. So once I downloaded that and updated manually, the issue was resolved. Do you have a hint why the automatic update did not do its job? I assumed that it would upgrade the client, but that does not seem to be the case. Thanks for your reply, DaWe Link to comment

The surest way is to go to the EN website from time to time. EN is currently releasing a new version every 3-4 weeks. Quality is pretty good (I install when available, not waiting for reports here). Every release brought features, bug fixes and better performance. Link to comment
