I also have iPhone, and I am familiar with the struggle you are talking about: of audio and video format. I have never had a platform that can solve this problem, but this app helps you screen record, audio record, schedule recording, and has plenty of other facilities that, personally, helped me a lot. It’s a great opportunity to have everything in an app, as it’s much easier to use. I am so happy that I have found it and I sincerely recommend trying it. Link to comment

It will save video files in the format you used to record them in the external app used. Link to comment
