Move tags from bottom to top of note again

As already requested for the Mac client, please give us the option to move tags to top of note again. The placement at the bottom just makes it incredibly inefficient for those of us who rely heavily on tags.

Meanwhile you can use a shortcut to avoid too much mouse traffic. For example F3 - set the focus to the tag field of the active note (Windows).
