App shortcuts are inaccessible

I cannot use some shortcuts because they are meant to represent some characters in my language.

Alt-Shift-L -> Ł

Alt-Shift-N -> Ń

Only Global shortcuts can be changed. All the other categories cannot, and this is where my issue is.

Then you can only bring it to the attention of EN by issuing a support ticket.

AFAIK the current shortcuts were selected for minor impact on competing uses of the same keys, among other aspects. Given the fact that the number of shortcuts is limited, I am not sure every key combination used to type characters in all languages (including non Western languages) can be avoided.

But it is for sure worth a try.
